Welcome to the TPMS Difference Makers web site.  We are a service orgnization dedicated to leaderhsip, scholarship, and citizenship. Originally, we were part of Junior Civitan, but our freedom was limited and joining the club costed too much. Thus, we voted Emancipation, and now we are Difference Makers.
